About Your Therapist

I began my counseling journey in 2016 and obtained my license in 2020. My official title is Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP). I help people navigate life’s really tough stuff like grief (the kind that hits like a ton of bricks), trauma (the "why won’t my brain let this go?" kind), and the messy, beautiful journey of figuring out who you are (especially when race, culture, or identity feels complicated).

I love working with:

  • BIPOC folks – Because therapy shouldn’t feel like a cross-cultural exam.

  • LGBTQ+ humans – All letters, all love.

  • Kink + ENM communities – No pearl-clutching here. Judgment-free zone!

Think of me as your emotionally savvy sidekick. Here to help you untangle the hard things, laugh at the absurdity of life, and maybe even cuss a little if needed.

I seek to de-stigmatize mental healthcare within communities impacted by systemic discrimination and provide a refuge where you can begin your journey to emotional adaptability. To be "strong" all of the time is harmful and improbable, vulnerability is not weakness, and to ask for help is not something to be ashamed of.

The Mission & Vision

“To dismantle the stereotypes of who therapy is ‘for’ by lighting the way for marginalized communities. The ones society tried to smother, who dare to hope anyway. Through identity-affirming therapy, I aim to help you navigate layered cultural wounds, process complex grief, and reject the lie of being ‘too much’ yet ‘not enough.’ Here, your vulnerability is sacred, your trauma is not minimized, and your light becomes a catalyst to end generational pain. Your existence is resistance; my work is to help it shine."

“I envision a mental health transformation where therapy is destigmatized and as diverse as the people it serves. Where ‘luminary’ clients (for whom joy is considered radical) are centered, not an afterthought. Where your light doesn’t just survive; it transcends, touches lives, and rewrites what healing looks like for the next generation.”
