Founded by Nashville Native, Dr. Chanel Thomas, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC. Services include medication management, holistic alternatives to meds, and gender affirming hormone therapy. They welcome Black, Brown, and LGBTQ+ "folks" to a decolonized and anti-oppressive space based in TN and extending to NY and KY.
